How to Find Your Username

Your username is shown in the receipt email we sent when you signed up. If you’re renewing, it’s also included in the renewal emails and letters we’ve sent you. You can also get it again by entering your email address in the box to the left.

To get your username:

  1. Type in the email you used to sign up
  2. We send you an email with your username (look for an email from support@mdtuneup.com
  3. Check your spam or junk folder too

If it doesn’t work:

  • Make sure you typed your email correctly
  • Try other emails you might have used
