• Case Sensitivity: Your username and password are case-sensitive. Use capital letters where required.  

• Incorrect Username: Double-check your username, which may be a custom name you created or your email address (refer to the email or renewal letter for confirmation).
• Wrong Person: If your computer is shared by multiple people, make sure to sign in with your own username and not the previous person's. 
• Character Confusion: Avoid mixing up similar-looking characters, such as the letter "O" and the number "0" or the letter "l" and the number "1."
• Caps Lock Error: Make sure the CAPS LOCK key is off to prevent unintended uppercase input.
