Taking the Mature Driver Tune-Up® Course Together

Take the course with your spouse or another adult by carefully following these steps to ensure both participants receive their certificates.

You must create and pay for two (2) separate accounts 

  • You DO NOT create one account for two people.
  • Each person must create their own account.
  • You must use the same email address for both accounts.
  • Each person must create a different username.
  • Each person pays individually.

Important: Both people must reach the end of their respective courses to receive their certificates.

Step 1: Register and Pay for Person #1

  • Create the first person’s account by entering an email, creating a password, and a username (e.g., JohnsAccount)

  • Complete payment for that account.

  • ⚠️ Each person must create and pay for their own account. You cannot use one account for two people.

Step 2: Take the Course Together Using Person #1’s Account

  • If you are not already in the course, sign in to Person #1’s account via the Customer Login button on the homepage.

  • Both people read, listen, and watch all videos until the course is complete.

  • Person #1 will receive an email confirmation and their certificate within 3 business days.

Step 3: Logout of Person #1’s Course

  • Click the logout button at the top of the course before proceeding to the next person.

Step 4: Register and Pay for Person #2’s Account

  • Click the SIGN UP link at the top of the website.

  • Complete the registration and payment for Person #2.

  • ⚠️ Use the same email address as Person #1.

    • Create a different username for Person #2 (e.g., JanesAccount).

  • You will see the warning message (below) when creating the second person’s account.  Click the box on the left and then the “Register” button.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to finish registration for the second account.

Step 5 (Important): Skip Through the Course for Person #2

  • Since Person #2 already took the course with Person #1, they skip through the course:

    • Click the Next Lesson button without watching or listening to videos.

    • Tip: Use the Page Down (PgDn) key to quickly reach the bottom of each page.

  • Person #2 will receive an email confirmation and their certificate within 3 business days.

Step 6: Give Certificates to Your Insurance Company/Agent

  • Each participant provides their certificate to their insurance agent

  • Receive your 3-year auto insurance discount

 

Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Mixing Up Accounts: Double-check you are signing into the correct account.

  • Not Logging Out: Always log out of the previous person’s account before registering the next person.

  • Not Completing Both Courses: Each Person must reach the end of the course to receive their certificate.

  • Creating Duplicate Accounts: Be certain you create one account for each person. Do not type over a person's information and replace it. Each person must pay separately and have their own account.
