How To Take The Course Together
Create Two (2) Separate Accounts
- You must register and pay for two (2) separate accounts (you DO NOT create one account for two people)
- Although you take the course together using one person's account, each person must complete the course on their individual account to receive their certificate. See the steps below.
Common Mistakes
- Mixing Up Accounts: Be careful when signing into and out of each person's account. Computers often save a person's username in the input field. Double-check to make sure you are signing into the correct account.
- Not Logging Out: You must log out of the previous person's account to register a new person.
- Not Completing Both Courses: Each person must sign into their account and click through to the end of the course to get their respective certificates.
- Creating Duplicate Accounts: Be certain you create one account for each person. Do not type over a person's information and replace it. Each person must pay separately and have their own account.

STEPS
Step 1: Register and Pay for Person #1
- Create and pay for the first person’s account.
- Each person must create and pay for their own account. You can NOT create one account for two people.
Step 2: Take and Finish the Course Using Person #1’s Account
- If you are not already in the course, sign into Person #1’s account by clicking the “Customer Login” button on the home page.
- Listen to and watch the videos until you complete the course together.
- Person #1 will receive an email stating that they have completed the course and will receive their certificate within 3 business days.
Step 3: Logout Of Person #1’s Course
- Logout of Person #1’s course by clicking the logout button at the top of the course.
Step 4: Register and Pay for Person #2’s Account
- Click the “SIGN UP” link at the top of the website.
- Complete registering and paying for person #2’s account.
- If you are using the same email address for both people see the instructions at the bottom.
Step 5 (Important): Person #2 Skips Through The Course To The End
- Since Person #2 has already taken the course with Person #1, they skip through the course and click the “Next Lesson” button without listening to or watching any of the videos until they get to the end of the course.
- Tip: If your keyboard has a page-down (PgDn) button, use it to get to the bottom of the page quickly. If not, scroll down and click the “Next Lesson” button.
- Person #2 will receive an email stating that they have completed the course and will receive their certificate within 3 business days.
Step 6: Be sure both people receive their Course Completion Emails. If you don't, it's highly likely that you did not complete both courses.
