I already have an account. What should I do?

If you receive a message that your email already exists, you may have started registration but did not finish. Sign in to continue or use the password reset option.

I changed my email address. What should I do?

If your email address changed, the renewal help page recommends creating a new account and selecting the Renewal Course.

Can two people take the course together?

Yes, but each person needs their own paid account and their own certificate. Use the two-person course instructions before registering click here for instructions.

When will I receive my certificate?

Your certificate is emailed after you complete the course, typically within 3 business days.

What do I do after receiving my certificate?

Give your certificate to your auto insurance agent or company as proof that you completed the California DMV Licensed and Approved Mature Driver Tune-Up course. The easiest way to do this is to forward your certificate to your agent or insurance company by email. Be certain to include your name and policy number.
