REGISTRATION HELP

If you're experiencing difficulty registering for our course, these are the most common reasons and solutions:

1) Existing Email Address

If you attempt to register and receive a message stating you already have an account, you may have started the registration process but didn’t complete it. Click here to sign in to your account.

2) Registering Two (2) People

To register two individuals, you must create separate usernames and complete payment for each account individually. Click here for step-by-step instructions.

3) Payment Not Going Through

If you receive an "access denied," "payment not authorized," or a similar error message, you may be behind a company firewall or using a company computer or internet connection, which can block the payment.

  • Solution: Sign out of your account and sign back in using a personal device and internet connection.

4) PayPal Payment Issues

If your payment is being declined, here are the most common reasons according to PayPal:

  • Bank or Card Issuer Decline: Your payment may have been declined by your bank or card provider. Since PayPal does not receive specific reasons for the decline, please contact your bank or card issuer for more details.

  • Outdated Card Details: Ensure your credit or debit card information, such as the expiration date or billing address, is up to date.

  • PayPal Account Limitations: Your account may have restrictions that need to be resolved. Check for any account limitations and follow the steps to remove them.

  • Security Verification: PayPal may require you to confirm your identity for security reasons. Sign into your PayPal account in a separate browser window and complete the verification process.

  • Compatibility Issues with Safari or MacOS: Some Apple devices may experience security-related issues with PayPal. Try switching to a different browser, such as Chrome, to complete your payment.
