3. Payment Not Going Through

If you receive an “access denied,” “payment not authorized,” or similar error, you may be using a company computer, company internet connection, or network firewall that blocks payment.

Recommended fix:

Sign out of your account, then sign back in using a personal device and personal internet connection.

4. PayPal Payment Issues

If PayPal declines your payment, the issue may be related to your bank, card details, PayPal account limits, security verification, or browser compatibility.

Check whether your bank or card issuer declined the payment.
Make sure your card expiration date and billing address are current.
Sign in to PayPal and resolve any account limitations or verification requests.
If using Safari or macOS, try a different browser such as Chrome.

5. Insurance Agent Email Not Accepted

Make sure you enter a valid email address, such as johnsmith@xyz.com, not a website URL such as www.insurance.com.  Valid email addresses have the @ symbol in them.

6. No Insurance Agent?

If you want the optional Certificate Sent to Agent upgrade but don’t have an agent, enter the email address your insurance company uses for document submission.
