If you’re getting an error when you try to sign in, it may be because:

 

You are using an incorrect password (Note: you must enter your Username to reset your password).

You aren’t using the username we have on file.

  • Your username can either be your email address or a special name you created during registration.
  • Your username is emailed to you after you finish registering and is also included in any renewal reminder emails.

Attention: Your username and password are case-sensitive. Make sure you are entering Capital Letters where required and be certain that your keyboard doesn't have the Caps lock on.

Are you on the correct website?

  • You receive an email from support@mdtuneup.com that includes your username after you register. Check your email and be certain you are trying to sign into the correct website.
 
Do you have two accounts that use the same email address?
  • Be certain you have logged out of the previous person's account. It should say "CUSTOMER LOGIN" at the top of this page. Click "LOGOUT" to sign out of the previous person's account.
  • Be certain you are using the correct username and password combination. Beware of your computer automatically filling out the previous person's information for you!
