Password Reset Instructions

Step 1: Locate Your Username

• Your username may be your email address or a custom name you created.
• Check the email or letter you received to find your username.
• If you can not find or do not know your username, click here to retrieve your username

Step 2: Enter Your Username

• Type your username in the provided box on the left.
• Click the "Resend Password" button.

Step 3: Check Your Email

• Look for an email from Support@mdtuneup.com.
• Check your spam/junk folders if you don’t see it in your inbox.
• If you have multiple email accounts, check each one.

Step 4: Reset Your Password

• Open the email and click the password reset link.
• Follow the instructions to create a new password.
• Click the "Reset Password" button to complete the process.
• You will be redirected to your account.
