LOOKING FOR YOUR PAPER CERTIFICATE?

If you paid for the optional paper certificate to be sent to you via regular mail, you should receive it within 10 business days.

Your certificate is mailed around the same time it is emailed to you. USPS delivery can take up to 10 business days, with holidays and weekends potentially affecting the timeline. Please wait at least 10 business days before reaching out to us.

Because each certificate has a unique serial number, we cannot issue a replacement if it is lost in transit. Once mailed, delivery is solely dependent on USPS, and delays can occur.

Unfortunately, mail theft is on the rise. If you suspect your mail has been stolen, you can report it directly on the USPS website. click here.

If you're in a hurry, we recommend emailing your certificate to your agent or printing a copy from the emailed version.

Email us at support@mdtuneup.com if you still haven't received your paper certificate after 10 days.
